• DIRECTIONS: Slide onto foot like a sock. Gel pad should come into contact with skin. Position gel pad over achilles/heel area. Remove from skin for at least 3-4 hours daily to allow skin to breathe.
• CARE: Hand wash and air dry completely. Sprinkle with baby powder if gel becomes tacky.
